History: It is said that once during a great festival held by The Golden Order for individuals throughout the land, a wicked force descended upon the castle where it was held, and laid waste to both the festival and its participants. In the midst of this Verinon is said to have stood before the attackers and pleaded with them to focus their anger on him and to leave the innocents be.

It is from that spirit – a single voice rising above slaughter and mayhem, calling for mercy and kindness, that the Pegasus Division draws both its strength and its charter: to uphold the ideals of kindness, fair play and community within The Golden Order.

Charter: Members of the Pegasus Division act as The Golden Order’s diplomats, counselors and mediators internally and with other organizations. They are encouraged to show courage to speak against any injustice while treating others with fairness and respect.

Members of Pegasus Division are expected to:
-Conduct themselves in a mature and responsible fashion.
-Show kindness and bring a positive attitude in their dealings with others.
-Draw their sword and use spells only in defense of themselves, other members of The Golden Order, or innocents, and only when negotiation is not possible.

Membership: Any class or profession is welcome within Pegasus Division, so long as they are willing to uphold the Division’s charter. There is no level requirement for membership. Any applicant will be interviewed by Kiyalandriel or Aerlind, or an approved representative of theirs and be asked to undertake a brief quest to make certain the values outlined above are within their heart and mind.

Please note that members of this division are encouraged to participate in guild events, whether they are Council Meetings or RP (Role Playing) events as often as possible. Pegasus seeks to be a strong voice within The Golden Order and that won’t happen when its membership is silent or absent.
